Fuzzer for the H2 codec. This is similar in structure to //test/common/http/http2:codec_impl_test, where a client H2 codec is wired via shared memory to a server H2 codec and stream actions are applied. We fuzz the various client/server H2 codec API operations and in addition apply fuzzing at the wire level by modeling explicit mutation, reordering and drain operations on the connection buffers between client and server. Part of envoyproxy#508. Risk Level: Low Testing: Tested with corpus under bazel test and under oss-fuzz Docker image. ~500 cases per second with python infra/helper.py build_fuzzers --sanitizer=address envoy <envoy path> && python infra/helper.py run_fuzzer envoy codec_impl_fuzz_test. This pull request contains a basic implementation of HDS, where a management server can request an HTTP healthcheck for any number of endpoints, the HdsDelegate healthchecks them, and reports back. The code also includes TODOs, to help identify the work that needs to be done next, like supporting updates to the set of endpoints that require healthchecking. Risk Level: Low Testing: There are integration tests in test/integration/hds_integration_test.cc and unit tests in test/common/upstream/hds_test.cc. This work is for envoyproxy#1310. since initManager is assigned not in the constructor, we need to return raw pointer so it can return nullptr to indicate if it is assigned or not.

why do we want to store secret_manger separately? can we get it from cluster_manager?

I don't think we will need SecretManager here eventually, (once static/inline secret are providers), so I'm fine to have this here.

This is bad, it mean FactroyContext will own the init_manager, it will free it when it is done.
Just use raw pointer, initialize it with {}, such as
InitManager * init_manager_{};

You shouldn't take ownership of init manager here, just set it to a raw pointer, or use std::reference_wrapper

no, I don't think we need to add more method for update callback.
But if we use std::function<void()>, the problem is remove. When the socket_factory is gone, the function has to be removed. how do we remove a std::function? unless each function associates with a unique name. It become too complicated.

I just keep this interface for now as I think that reduces the time and effort on refactoring.

ohh, you mean the destructor of sds_api? not the secret_manager_impl? I see, it will be like rds_provider_manager. secret_manager to support a remove() function to remove the sds_api by its hash key.
then sds_api needs to store 1) secret_manager and 2) the hash key

I feel this is a bit wrong from the rds fix etc, in secret manager if there is an existing SdsApi, we won't call constructor again, but does that means if two cluster shares same secret, the second one wouldn't get its init manager registering?

We knew this issue. e.g. if two listeners share same sds_api, the second init_manager will not be used. the second listener will not wait for sds_subscription, will be ready right away. During such transit state, the requests to the second one will be rejected, but envoy will not crash. This is acceptable situation without introducing more code changes.
We can add a TODO for such issue. I already have plan to fix it. It will be called chained_init_manager. Multiple init_manager can be chained together to behave as one init_manager. This can be a separate PR.

Added nullptr check, and return nullptr if ssl_ctx_ is nullptr. I think we have covered the case when transport socket is nullptr in ClusterManagerImpl::tcpConnForCluster, and ConnectionHandlerImpl::ActiveListener::newConnection

I would make this a std::function passed in by secret_manager, which captures the id and secret_manager itself, so you don't need removeDeletedSecretProvider in interfaces since it is actually implementation details. and you wouldn't leak the id_ into SdsApi

please use a separate variable for the lambda function.
There is a bug in HostSetImpl::chooseLocality() where the pick()d locality could be nullptr. (and Envoy will crash on nullptr->access() as a result). This is because we won't build a schedule if there are no weighted localities, but we will build a schedule (albiet an empty one) if there are localities with weight zero. This test sends a large number of metadata frames in order to trigger a disconnect. However, it was possible for the disconnect to happen and the connection to be torn down before all the metadata frames had been sent. If that happened, ASAN detected a UAF:

Commit Message: the probing socket is released when port migration fails. If this happens in response to an incoming packet during an I/O event, the follow socket read could cause use-after-free.
