alwaysNeedsAddToSceneis now false in all cases for LeaderLayer (follow-up to #92598, which made it false in only some cases).Also:
LayerLink.leader, that was removed in Leader not always dirty #92598, but proved to be pretty popular (see Expose the leader field of the LayerLink class. #96451).
