Description
Updating the
ADOPTERS.mdfile in order to begin encouraging more submissions with better documentation and more boundaries around submission.Only back-dating current submissions to the previous commit date. Submission date adds more objective ordering.
Adding mentions to our contributing docs to delinated signed-commits from signing-off on commits.
Fixed some typos.
