Feature Request

In past, hot region has read and write type to balance and each type should devide move and transfer subtype. But the monitor panel is not clear to find the scheduler not work.

• some metrics should devide read and write, such as tolerator.
• should has more steps for step failed，such as rank , filter succ
• should add hot scheduler run detail, such as influence
