Now that as_array exists we might as well use it here, since it's a bit more convenient than getting the correct type out of try_into.

Use `as_array` in PartialEq for arrays

Now that `as_array` exists we might as well use it here, since it's a bit more convenient than getting the correct type out of `try_into`.
