Docker build seems to fail for reasons unrelated to this PR. I've re-run latest commit in master (which was green) and it also started failing: Update: fixed in #10914 |

this includes race-condition fixes from ipfs/boxo#994 and increased `DefaultMaxConcurrentRequests = 4096`
