The PR go-git#1482 renamed SetHostKeyCallback to SetHostKeyCallbackAndAlgorithms, due to the change in behaviour. For keeping backwards compatibility within existing v5, a new SetHostKeyCallback is being introduced that simply calls back to SetHostKeyCallbackAndAlgorithms. Re-adds support for cert authorities using skeema/knownhosts.
It performs two separate changes:
AuthMethods provided by go-git so that they populate HostKeyCallback and HostKeyAlgorithms, while still allowing the user to inject a custom HostKeyCallback. If the HostKeyCallback is empty, then theHostKeyCallbackand theHostKeyAlgorithmsare set using the knownhosts DB functionality, which now supports cert authorities.AuthMethods provided by go-git can set a customHostKeyAlgorithmswhen they use a customHostKeyCallback. This is needed for usages ofssh.FixedHostKey.fixes 1417
