Given that our latest render feature adds a 5th argument to defaults as well as the following fix, we need to consider adding this feature in combination with our new render feature which departs from the up stream code. It seems that they are now accepting some changes to the original config library so that makes our job harder and we may diverge our Scala library even further from upstream Java library
