Feature Description:

This is a follow up of #16218 - we dropped support for Node 18 and upgraded node-gyp.
Currently, Theia does not build on Node 24.x (on Windows; for ubuntu and mac we had no issues so far).

Unfortunately, we cannot support node 24 yet, in particular because the nan package does not compile yet. See nodejs/nan#979
