#2347 removed default value of FCST for MODEL and OBS for OBTYPE. dtcenter/MET#2683 changed default value of MODEL in Grid-Stat from WRF to FCST. 1 short_range use case was affected because it does not set MODEL or OBTYPE explicitly.
