Describe the New Feature

The MET tool RMW-Analysis (used for statistical analysis of output from TC-RMW) does not yet have a METplus wrapper. We need a wrapper in order to incorporate this tool into our HAFS verification workflow.

Acceptance Testing

Should be able to run RMW-Analysis through METplus
