Update the mako module to use mako's new
includeoption instead of using IFD and manually assigning options.I removed the check for Home Manager's
services.mako.settingsoption because this flake's mako module now strictly relies on it and we moved to following Nixpkgs/NixOS/Home Manager's version scheme anyways.
