Summary

A bug in helm has been causing issues for a very long time, so we were never able to upgrade argocd beyond 2.9.0. This bug has finally been fixed, and released with 3.17.1. Currently argo uses 3.17.0.

Motivation

This bug does not allow nullifying default values coming from subcharts, making us unable to upgrade argocd for a while.

Proposal

Please upgrade the helm dependency to 3.17.1
