Currently, the docs inaccurately specify that
rover devuses the latest version of the router and composition plugins. We can be more accurate and point to the file where the versions are defined. Sometimes it takes a few days for the file to update to the latest version of router/composition.Also flipped around the environment variables for router and composition to match the order indicated in the first sentence.
