I was investigating the following crash where a checkpoint task had its underlying resources being destroyed while it was still running. The two interesting threads are the following: ``` thread #1, name = 'duckling', stop reason = signal SIGTRAP frame #0: 0x0000ffff91bb71ec frame #1: 0x0000aaaad73a38e8 scheduled but before `checkpoint_state.executor.WorkOnTasks();` is called, it results in an InternalException / DuckDB crash as the `Checkpoint ` method does not wait for the scheduled tasks to have completed before destroying the referenced resources.

Some general (very basic) clean up in the arrow code, made while I was reading it
Reorganized some of the pythonpkg files+folder layout
Did some basic work to separate Numpy from Pandas, for future work where we might want to add support for another backend (pyarrow)
Added support for converting pyarrow backed dataframes (by just calling
pyarrow.lib.Table.from_pandas(df)
)Extended our tests for Pandas, adding two proxies:
NumpyPandas
just wraps the general pandas module with no extra logic for non-pyarrow columns.ArrowPandas
creates a pyarrow-backed dataframe instead (from thepandas.DataFrame
constructor)Both of these also proxy the
testing.assert_frame_equal
method, in the pyarrow case we currently convert pyarrow backed dataframes back to numpy-backed ones - because we can't produce a pyarrow backed dataframe yet.Once that support is added though, this should hopefully only require changes there, and then all tests that use ArrowPandas should test whether we can properly roundtrip arrowpandas -> duckdb ->arrowpandas
