For any saved profile, you have several management options from the main ProfileCreator Library window accessible by right-clicking, including:

1. Edit profiles (same as double-clicking a saved profile)
2. Duplicate profiles
3. Export profiles (same as File > Export)
4. Reveal profiles in Finder (the .pfcconf file)
5. Delete profiles

In addition to duplicating profiles from the main ProfileCreator Library window, you also duplicate profiles you have open by selecting File > Duplicate from the menu options. While the contents of the duplicated profiles will be the same, both the PayloadUUID(s) and the PayloadIdentifier(s) will be different.

To rename a saved profile:

1. Open the profile and access the 'General' payload.
2. Replace the previously entered 'Name' value at the top of the payload with the desired name.
3. Save the profile
