When capturing the stack traces for Code Origin for Spans, temporarily remove the stack trace limit so we increase our chances of finding user frames.

What does this PR do?
When capturing the stack traces for Code Origin for Spans, temporarily remove the stack trace limit so we increase our chances of finding user frames.
Motivation
Some users are not seeing any Code Origin stack frames. This could be the culprit.
Additional Notes
These stack traces are only captured on app boot, and not on each HTTP request, so the performance impact is minimal.
