[Identified] We're continuing to work on resolving the issue affecting a small number of subscription renewals scheduled on or after July 29, 2025. To prevent further impact, we've temporarily paused all subscription renewals in Paddle Billing. During this pause, renewal events are still being captured in a backlog and will be processed once renewals are re-enabled. This means subscriptions due for renewal during this time will renew slightly later than expected, but no renewal will be lost. We’ve confirmed that this issue does not affect all sellers and is limited to a small subset of subscriptions. Our team is actively working on a resolution and we’ll share further updates as we make progress.
