A lighthearted story to start the weekend: Heli and I first spotted each other in the HiBob community - sharing tips, ideas, and even hopping on a professional video call to talk all things HR. 💬 Then came the moment when I noticed we might have something much deeper in common. Not just a shared interest or hobby - but a part of ourselves that shapes how we think, work, connect, and sometimes (okay, let’s be real - all the time 😶🌫️)… struggle. It’s one of those things where, if you know - you really know. And just like that, the connection clicked on a whole new level. 💥 Fast forward: we’re now hanging out, having endless virtual yappings about everything, catching up face to face, understanding each other’s quirks and thoughts almost without words - and yep, still geeking out over HiBob’s awesomeness on evenings and weekends.
