Matomo Plugin which adds Twilio as a provider for Mobile Messaging (SMS Reports)

First, sign up for a Twilio account at https://www.twilio.com. Once you have signed up, you can find your Account SID and Auth Token on your Twilio dashboard. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token on this page.

Important: Twilio does not allow an SMS number to send messages to itself. Your sending number must be different from your number used to receive SMS Reports.
