Current Behavior

rename colletion operation will stop cdc job。

Expected Behavior

cdc can ranme collection follow source milvus on standby milvus

Steps To Reproduce

1, rename colletion on source milvus
2, get err in cdc log like
...
"fail to handle the op message pack"
...
"the collection has been replicated, wait it [colletion name: *] to drop..."
...

Environment

milvus：2.5.12
cdc：main-100619a，>rc7
