This PR adds support for Nushell.
whattheshell::Shellalready supportsNushell, therefore this PR only needs to modifyshell/mod.rs.Since Nushell works great on Windows and Linux, some conditional compilation was necessary. Also Nushell doesn't support
eval, thereforegoup envwill simply return valid Toml and the script forgoup env -pwill parse that output and load the env vars accordingly.
