Exploration what is needed to achieve search param in URL (like in #988) cc @amenk
For simplicity the URL is only synced when no panel is opened.
There is one refactoring needed in geocoder.ts, but this PR is opened to explore possible bugs. Feedback welcomed. Also if anyone wants to take it over. 🙂
