Notification reappears after closing app from recents #213
Description
Steps to reproduce
notification_bug.mp4
- Start screen recording from the app and stop recording
- close the app from the recent
- Now see the notification bar, recording notification will reappear
Expected behavior
There should be no notification bar showing recording when recording has already stopped
Actual behavior
It shows recording screen even after recording stops. It appears recording restarts when app is closed from recents.
