This PR adds Chaos by Project Discovery as an external tool option for subdomain enumeration in reNgine.

Changes made:
Added Chaos installation in dcckerfile
Implemented API key management for Chaos in the frontend both in API vault and onboarding page
Integrated Chaos as a subdomain enumeration option
Added chaos in installedexternaltool as fixture
Added chaos in default subdomain enum tool in default scan engines
