Issue Summary

If there is a todo done for a specific subdomain, it still appears in the view (I suppose it's a modal) when clicking on the badge item under the subdomain's row in the Subdomains section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a subdomain and press the "add recon todo/note" button
2. Add a new note and make it done from the Todo page
3. Go to the subdomain's row in the Subdomains section and click on "todos", the badge that appears in the first column.

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?

I expect to see only todo marked as "to be done" in the todos view opened from the badge button
