[READY] Update Universal Ctags languages list The list of supported languages were not up to date with [Universal Ctags](https://github.com/universal-ctags/ctags), the successor of Exuberant Ctags. The Elixir and Haskell languages are removed from the list because they are not part of Universal Ctags by default.
