For now, this PR is only being used to check if the master branch (or any potential patch) supports Python 3.14 (and PyPy 3.11).
Once our CI is no longer failing with 3.14, this PR can be used to bump the versions in the testing matrix and merged.
Do NOT merge until the Python versions are agreed upon and all tests are passing.
