Per the Mastodon docs, this ensures the activity correctly updates posts there. https://docs.joinmastodon.org/spec/activitypub/#supported-activities-for-statuses
Now, the web-core pkg uses a pointer instead of a var, so we don't send a zero time.Time value out via ActivityPub.

We've always sent out the
Updateactivity when a post is edited, but Mastodon needs anupdatedproperty set on the object for it to correctly show up there. This fixes that.Solution found via this SocialHub thread.
