Describe the bug

Coil shut down in March and is being replaced by the Interledger foundation.

Support and mentions of Coil should probably be migrated over.

Steps to reproduce (if necessary)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings, etc.
2. Note that it still says Coil and requires Coil memberships and such
3. Coil is gone, so this won't work

Expected behavior

WriteFreely should probably switch over to Interledger.
