update Author section in all helpfiles #153
Description
The commands are no longer developed by one person only. So give author credit to DIME Analytics, but if there is a main author that can be highlighted too. See below.
Then all the email addresses should be updates to dimeanalytics@worldbank.org.
Example from ieduplicates:
