Add cilium-certgen v0.2.4 package which provides a tool to generate and store certificates for Hubble Relay mTLS. The package includes: - Configuration for building from cilium/certgen repository - Bump go-viper/mapstructure - Tests for certificate generation functionality - KWOK cluster integration tests for Kubernetes certificate operations Signed-off-by: Martin Wimpress <martin.wimpress@chainguard.dev>
