Flat Rate Shipping Cost Not Included in Apple Pay and Google Pay Totals #4522

We’re encountering an issue where the flat rate shipping cost is not correctly reflected in the total amount during Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout flows using the WooCommerce Stripe plugin.
Our WooCommerce store does not apply Flat Rate Shipping to the total costs when using Apple Pay or Google Pay via the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway (v9.6.0).
System Details:

Expected behavior
Apple Pay:
- On the checkout page, the total appears to be subtotal(118.65) + Flat rate shipping(14.99) + Tax (7.12) = 140.76
- When the user click on the Apple Pay button and scan the QR the Apple Pay interface open ups, where the total cost comeas as 125.77 whic is subtotal(118.65) + Tax (7.12)
- On initial load, the shipping cost is not included in the total displayed in the Apple Pay sheet.
- Changing the shipping method (delivery date) does not update the shipping cost, and it remains at 0, due to this the original total does not include the Shipping fee
- Same issue is also happening for the Google Pay
