FTR GitHub does not support automatic redirects for renamed files. Although it is a valiant goal, it may cause issues for external links.

I don't care much about external links due to the fact that there are always a bunch of broken links to GitHub everywhere...

I support the winsw-3.x label here. Let's do a bulk renaming once we decide where we want to get the project
