Issue description

Just downloaded the ACME client and cannot seem to get get it to work - Im a newbie to ACME and certification using this method.

Steps to reproduce

Using Windows Server 2019 and IIS 10
Attempting to us ACME (wacs.exe) to issues 2 SSL certificates for a domain
Running as exe as Admin
Select N, 1, 2 (For SitedID 2) in this case

Outputs below

And seems to just hang.
