Documentation: Add working verification instructions to setup instructions. #522
Description
Verifying The Installation
The given test will pass even when things are borked or incomplete. Change to:
Verify the ignited daemon is running and monitoring files in /etc/firecracker/manifests/ (DigitalOcean Region: NCY1, Size: 2GB image):
