Sadly on Apple Silicon CI still consumes a lot of CPU which is difficult to understand (especially as this does not really happen on Intel). Also, sometimes the stream gets choppy as the UI update must still happen on the main thread and if SwiftUI works hard too things might end up somewhat laggy.
