needed icp.h to compile else tcp_hdrlen is not known.

Sorry but this is not done even in mainline kernel. I checked the 3.19-rc5 and it does not have this so we must be doing something wrong. How we can reproduce your issue? |

compiling gave an error that the functions tcp_hdr and tcp_hdrlen are not defined. i found them in the icp.h so i included it and it compiled through. |
