Describe the bug

The 'basic' reporter is deprecated:

...but this isn't mentioned in docs: https://vitest.dev/guide/reporters.html#basic-reporter

I noted this in Discord's #docs (https://discord.com/channels/917386801235247114/919325663033450496/1364675605442072756) and was suggested to use the Bug-template. I'd be up for sending a PR adding a deprecation note.
