Description
I really enjoy the feature of multiple sessions, but many of the sessions that I use are simply for browsing certain kinds of data with a special set of mappings applied for that session only. I only want to browse content during these sessions, and often find myself pasting or cutting files that I don't mean to.
Having a "readonly" mode similar to vim with copy, move, and other operations that change the filesystem disabled would allow me to browse my files without having to worry about accidentally changing stuff, would open up more keys to use for other functions, and generally make browseing feel much more secure. What do you think?
