This PR will...

  • Combine audio and video into MediaCapabilities queries
  • Fix leaky support info cache
  • Move HEVC forced MediaCapabilities workaround

Why is this Pull Request needed?

Improve capabilities detection for variant selection

Are there any points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Resolves issues:
