What

Since we're rendering suspensufl metadata on the top level when it's available, now we can await the metadata resolving directly under the top metadata suspense boundary. This will drop the usage of AsyncMetadata and the insertion with useInsertedMetadata hook.

Including changes from #78617: which improves the icon hoist story by inserting a <meta name="nxt-icon" content=""> tag, then remove it from html and determine wether we need to insert the icon hoist script at the position of the mark.

Including changes from #78631: The unused async metadata insertion context and hooks will be removed

Closes NDX-1024

Not sure how Graphite will land this stack but I wouldn't be comfortable approving this and landing it independently b/c you turn off an important test. Maybe merge the other two into this one first and we can land it then?

I think we should maybe always emit something if there was icons or not. The problem with the current approach is if you don't have icons then we need to search all chunks for the mark forever and we'll never find it. If you instead have a no-icon mark we can find that and strip it and then stop checking later chunks which should speed up streaming marginally
