Description
Removes the
OverlayClassListProxyfromConfirmDialog,Dialog,LoginOverlayandPopover. Setting theoverlayClassproperty for these components has no functional purpose anymore.Notificationwill keep using it as it still depends on theoverlayClassproperty.Closes vaadin/web-components#9742
