Description

When I display a dashboard on a touch device like a tablet or smart phone the I cannot scroll the dashboard up or down by touching the dashboard, neither widgets not gaps. Only scrolling the the outer element in case the dashboard has some margin left and right.

Expected outcome

I would like to be able to scroll a dashboard by touching the board itself.

Steps to reproduce

Take a phone, go to you documentation, and try scrolling the larger dashboards at the end of the page. Sometimes it works at the beginning but then it flickers (maybe some re-rendering happens?) and scrolling is not possible anymore.
