Describe the issue

If you want to acces vi.nl you have to click on a cookiebanner before you can enter the site.
You have to disable your adblocker otherwise you can not enter the site.
This rule solves the problem: @@||quantcast.mgr.consensu.org/tcfv2/*/cmp2.js$script,domain=www.vi.nl
