Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional (called html4 in pandoc) requires type="text/css" This resolves #50 Format type 'html4' has been added, as 'html' now refers to 'html5', as per Pandoc documentation. See https://pandoc.org/MANUAL.html#general-options
