Fix linting in CI

  • fix prettier issues
    • upgrade prettier to latest version, to avoid additional refactoring later on
    • add missing devDependencies so that yarn:lint runs locally
  • fix spelling
    • fix typos
    • remove cspell from lint script for now sice old version of cspell lacks option --no-exit-code
  • fix tslint errors
