Feat ssh connection with port #32

Motivation

See issue #30

Removes a lot of redundancy by centralize code for creating remote ssh session and running remote commands.
Ssh port is now configurable via conf.toml

upgrade ssh2 crate to latest version for more modern API changes which allow to let ssh session take ownership of tcp socket in more simple way.
