First part: equivalent of $1,000 in Ton to the author(s) of pull request(s) that increase API coverage from the currently supported TBA 7.5 to TBA 8.0 before June 21st, 2025. This includes implementing all TBA updates between those versions.

Second part: additional $1,000 in Ton to the author(s) of pull request(s) that fully implement support for TBA 9.0, including all updates following TBA 8.0 before July 12th, 2025.

Bounties are considered completed once the support for the corresponding TBA versions in teloxide is released on crates.io.
