Description:

• Adds a dynamic route for new universal integration keys, where the url is defined by the name
• Adds text Submit to configure universal key rules when the user selects type Universal Integration Key in the create dialog
• Redirects to the page on create (create mutation not working 100%, TBC)
• Renders Page Not Found if the the experimental flag is not set
